Removal from registration at the place of residence

If you are the owner of the property, you have the opportunity to withdraw from the permanent or temporary registration of a citizen registered with you. How to do this correctly in two ways, read our section # vteme: through the Egov portal.kz: Log in to the portal Egov.kz;

Use the search engine to find the service " de-registration at the place of residence of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan»;

📌 Request the service online;

📌 Confirm your address information;

📌 Choose from the list of registered persons who you want to remove from registration;

📌 use the EDS to sign the application;

📌 If there are co-owners of housing, they must confirm your actions in your personal account;

📌 you can view the result of the service in the portal's personal account.

Please note that to apply online, you must be registered in the mobile citizens database.

Via PSC:

Book an online queue at the PSC and arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled time;

Write an application for the service from the operator, specifying the IIN of the person being discharged;

The result will be ready within 5 minutes.
