The state service is provided by the state institution "Department of passenger transport and highways of Enbekshikazakh district".
Public service:
Acceptance of the application the result of rendering a public service is issued through the service provider's office.
Service recipients:

The amount of payment charged to the service recipient for the provision of public services and methods of receiving them in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: free of charge

Local executive bodies of districts and cities of regional significance.
Terms of rendering public services:
5 (five) business days;
E-gov.kz through the electronic portal;
List of documents required for the provision of public services:
1) application for approval of routes and schedules for regular urban (rural), suburban and intra-district road transportation of passengers and baggage;
2) scheme of routes for regular urban (rural), suburban and intra-district road transportation of passengers and baggage;
3) schedule of movement of passengers and baggage by road along the routes of regular urban (rural), suburban and intra-district transportation.
Service provider's work schedule:
Service provider - from Monday to Friday inclusive from 9.00 to 18.00 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours, except weekends and holidays in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Result of rendering a public service:
Notification of approval of routes and schedules for regular urban (rural), suburban and intra-district road transportation of passengers and baggage or a reasoned response to a refusal to provide public services.

Electronic.
