Name of services: Issuing a decision to change the purpose of the land plot.
Service recipient: Individuals and legal entities.
The form of the service provided: electronic (partially automated) and (or) paper.

List of documents required for the provision of public services when applying to the service recipient (or an authorized representative: a legal entity with a document confirming the authority; an individual with a notarized power of attorney):
to the service provider, to the PSC:
1) application form in accordance with Annex 1 to this standard of public services;
2) identity document (required for identification);
3) the act of cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot in case of need of purchase of the land plot.
Service cost and payment procedure: Free of charge
Term of public service provision:
1) from the date of delivery of the package of documents to the service provider, PSC or portal – up to 30 (thirty) calendar days;
the service provider checks the completeness of the submitted documents within two business days from the date of receipt of the service recipient's documents.
If the fact of incompleteness of the submitted documents is established, the service provider within the specified time limits gives a written reasoned refusal to further consider the application.
When applying to the PSC, the day of receipt of documents is not included in the term of rendering the state service;
2) the maximum allowed waiting time for submitting a package of documents is 15 (fifteen) minutes;
3) the maximum allowed service time is 15 (fifteen) minutes.
