  1. Service providers:mayors of districts, rural okugo, towns, villages, cities of regional value.
    Service recipients:individuals and legal entities.
    Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services are carried out through:

    1) the office of the service provider;

    2) the state Corporation "Government for citizens "(hereinafter-the State Corporation);

    3) the web portal of "electronic government" www.egov.kz (hereinafter - the portal)- it will be when the appropriate IP is installed.

    Service delivery period:

    up to fifteen working days from the date of its receipt, except for cases of requesting land plots for the needs of defense and national security.

    The specified period does not include the following periods:

    drawing up a land management project prepared in accordance with paragraph 3 of article 44 of this Code.

    Phase 1: definition of possibility of use of the claimed land by the declared purpose, making the act of choice a land plot, conclusion of the land Commission of 11 (eleven) working days;

    Stage 2: 4 (four) business days from the date of approval of the land management project.

    Form of rendering public services: electronic and (or) paper.
    Result of rendering a public service the decision of the service provider to grant the right to a land plot or the decision to refuse to grant such a right (reasoned refusal to provide a public service).
    The service is provided free of charge.
    List of required documents:

    1) application of the established sample;

    2) identity document (for identification purposes);

    3) if a land plot is provided for the purposes of mining, use of subsurface space or prospecting, copies of the relevant subsurface use licenses or subsurface use contract are attached to the application.
