On the early termination of the powers of the akim
Baltabai rural District
In accordance with subparagraph 5) of paragraph 5 and paragraph 6 of Article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" in connection with the submission of an application for the resignation of the akim at his own request, the Enbekshikazakh district Election Commission DECIDES:
To state the fact of the occurrence of grounds entailing the termination of the powers of the akim of the Baltabai rural district, Zhuman Sembayevich Mykybayev, in connection with the submission of an application for the resignation of the akim at his own request.
To make representations to the akim of the Enbekshikazakh district Dosumbaev Altay Mashikovich about the early termination of the powers of the akim of the Baltabai rural district Mykybaev Zhuman Sembayevich.
To publish this resolution on the website of the Enbekshikazakh district election Commission and in the district newspaper "Enbekshikazak".
