Report on the activities of the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services and Housing Inspection of Enbekshikazakh district" in the field of public services for 2020
In its activities for the provision of public services, the Department of Housing and Communal Services and Housing Inspection is directly guided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public services.
The Department of Housing and Communal Services and Housing Inspection of the Enbekshikazakh district, according to the Register of Public Services approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 983 dated September 18, 2013, provided 6 types of public services in 2020.
The number of public services rendered in 2020 was 688. Of these, registration and priority, as well as the decision of local executive bodies to provide housing to citizens in need of housing from the public housing fund or housing rented by the local executive body in the private housing fund - 425 services, privatization of housing from the public housing fund - 20, the issuance of permits for cutting down trees – 13, the issuance of housing certificates – 14.
The department has adopted relevant regulations on the assignment of responsible persons for the provision of public services and employees responsible for the work on internal control and quality of public services.
To inform the public about the public services of the department, there are stands in the lobby of the akimat.
Information on the procedure for providing public services, including in electronic format, is available on the official Internet resource of the Akimat of the Enbekshikazakh district.
For the period 2020, there were no complaints from service recipients regarding the provision of public services.
