The order of rendering the state service of the Enbekshikazakh district "Placing children of preschool age (up to 6 years old) on the waiting list) for referral to preschool organizations"
The state service is provided to individuals free of charge in the state institution of the "Office of the Akim of the Asinsky rural District".
List of required documents:
1) application form in accordance with this standard of public service;
2) child's birth certificate (required for identification);
3) a document certifying the identity of the recipient of the services (one of the parents or legal representatives (required for identification);
4) a certificate from the place of work of a serviceman or an employee of a special state body with the seal and signature of an authorized person (if available) (valid for one month from the date of issue);
5) a certificate from the place of work of the teacher, certified by the seal and signature of the head of the educational organization (valid for one month from the date of issue), a scanned copy of the diploma;
6) results of psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation for children with special educational needs (if available);
7) conclusion of the phthisiatrician;
8) documents confirming the right to a place in a preschool organization in the first place (if available).
When contacting the mayor of a village, village, or rural district, the recipient of the service provides the originals (for identification) and copies of the documents.
They have the right to the first place:
1) children of persons whose legal representatives are disabled;
2) children left without parental care;
3) orphans;
4) children from large families;
5) children of military personnel, including those who died, died or went missing during the service;
6) children of employees of special state bodies, including employees who died, died or went missing during the service.
7) children in need of special education;
8) families raising a disabled child
9) children of teachers in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the status of teachers".
The result of the provision of public services:
Submission of a message about the queue (in a voluntary form) or a reasoned response about the refusal to provide a public service.
Public service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis without prior appointment and expedited service;
