Information on public services rendered in 2020: the office of the Akim of the Asinsky rural district provided 7 (seven) types of public services in 2020:

On the issue of providing public services, two specialists are included in the functional duties, approved by the order and posted on the official website of the akim of the Enbekshikazakh district, indicating the contact details and dates of admission of these specialists. Carrying out internal control to improve the quality of public services is entrusted by the order to the deputy akim of the rural district D. Zhetkenbai and to the leading specialist F. Zakirov on the collection and direction in the office of the district akim of the report and information (data)on internal control over the quality of public services.

A mobile group from the Shelek regional branch of the state corporation "Government for Citizens" provided public services to citizens 2 times a month. The arrival of this mobile group to the residents of the district is reported in advance, a total of 8,140 public services were provided in 2020.
In the building of the district akim's office there is a stand with sources of access to information on the procedure for providing public services and information on the procedure for providing public services, a personal account is prepared on the 1st floor of the administrative building. In the same office, a "self-service corner" has been created with the possibility of accessing the e-government portal. The supply works were carried out. There is a corner for children, a monitor with ads, Braille for the visually impaired, a dispenser, a call button for citizens with disabilities, parking for their cars.
In order to ensure the transparency of the process of providing public services, the district conducts explanatory work among the population by showing training videos on the procedure for obtaining public services in electronic form and distributing brochures on the rights of service recipients to receive public services and the procedure for appealing the quality of public services.
For the period of 2020, the newspaper "Enbekshikazakh" and the website of the district akim published 7 articles on explaining to the population the advantages of receiving public services and receiving public services in electronic form.
