1.General provisions
The main activities of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Tashkent rural district" on the provision of public services:
- provides public services in accordance with the standards and regulations of public services;
- create the necessary conditions for persons with disabilities to receive public services;
- provide complete and reliable information about the procedure for providing public services to service recipients in an accessible form;
- improve the skills of employees in the provision of public services;
- consider the complaint of service recipients and inform them of the results of the review within the time limits established by law;
- inform on request of service recipients about the stage of execution of the state service;
- take measures aimed at restoring the violated rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of service recipients;

The office of the Akim of the Tashkent rural district in 2020 according to the register of public services provided seven types of public services:
- Sale to private ownership of a land plot previously granted for land use;
- providing free transportation to educational organizations and back home to children living in remote rural areas-108;
- placing children of preschool age (up to 7 years old) on the waiting list) for referral to preschool organizations;

Working with service recipients:
In the building of the district akim's office, there are 1 stands with information on the procedure for providing public services. To ensure the transparency of the process of providing public services, the district conducts explanatory work among the population on the procedure for obtaining public services in electronic form and distributing brochures on the rights of service recipients to receive public services and the procedure for appealing the quality of public services, surveillance cameras are installed. There were also 8 events, 4 round tables, and 1 lecture on explaining the rules for public services.
For the period of 2020, in the newspaper" Enbekshikazak " and on the website of the akim of the district, the akimat of the rural district published 3 articles on explaining the receipt of public services for the population and the advantage of obtaining public services in electronic form.
In the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Tashkent Rural District", the self-service corner works for receiving public services for 2020, 667 public services were provided through the self-service corner.
In April 2020, a report on the activities of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Tashkent Rural District" on the provision of public services for 2019 was posted on the website of the district akim.
Control over the quality of public services:
For the period 2020, there were no complaints from service recipients regarding the provision of public services.
For further efficiency and to increase the satisfaction of service recipients with the quality of public services, it is necessary to specify the services at the place of residence of citizens.
