The procedure for rendering the state service " Placing children of preschool age (up to 7 years old) on the waiting list) for referral to preschool organizations" in Karaturyksky rural district of Enbekshikazakhsky district
The state service is provided to individuals by the State Institution "The Office of the Akim of the Karaturyk rural district" free of charge.
List of required documents:
1)application form in accordance with the annex to this standard of public services;
2) child's birth certificate (required for personal identification);
3) a document certifying the identity of the service recipient (one of the parents or legal representatives (required for identification);
4) a document confirming the right to receive a priority place in a preschool organization (if available).
The following persons have the right to receive a priority place:
1) children whose legal representatives are disabled;
2) children left without parental care;
3) orphaned children;
4) children from large families;
5) children of military personnel, including those who died, died or went missing during their service;
6) children of employees of special state bodies, including those who died, died or went missing during the service.
The result of the provision of public services is the issuance of a referral to a pre-school organization, in the form according to this standard, in the absence of places in a pre-school organization, a notification of placing on a queue with an indication of the priority number.
The state service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis without prior appointment and accelerated service;
