The procedure for rendering the state service "Providing free transportation to general education organizations and back home to children living in remote rural areas" in Karaturyksky rural district of Enbekshikazakhsky district
The state service is provided by the State Institution "The Office of the Akim of the Karaturyk rural district" free of charge.
List of required documents:
1. application form in accordance with the annex to this standard of public services;
2. original birth certificate or identity card of the service recipient;
child's birth certificate, if the child was born before August 13, 2007 or outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4. certificate from the place of study in the form according to the annex to this standard of public services;
When accepting documents, the service provider's employee checks the copies of the documents with the original documents of the service recipient and returns the originals to the service recipient.
The result of the provision of public services: a certificate of providing free transportation to the state municipal institution "A. Sattarov Secondary School with preschool minicenter", located in the village of Karaturyk from the village of Lavar, Dostyk to the state municipal institution "Sh. Sh. Secondary School". Ualikhanov with a preschool minicenter", located in the village of Aschysay from the village of MTF and back home.
The state service is provided free of charge to individuals.
The public service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, without prior appointment and accelerated service.
