About the procedure for rendering the state service "Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the boundaries of a locality", including through the web portal of "electronic government" www.egov.kz.
The state service is provided by local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, districts and cities of regional significance, akims of a city of district significance, a village, a village, a rural district (hereinafter referred to as the service provider).

Term of rendering of the state service: The first stage: production of the act of the choice of the land plot with its situational scheme, architectural and planning task-within 28 (twenty-eight) working days.
The second stage: when approving the final act of selection and payment for the services of land and cadastral works by the service recipient, making a decision on granting the right of land use to the land plot with the application of the land and cadastral plan-within 18 (eighteen) working days.
Form of public service provision: Electronic.
The result of the provision of the state service: The decision of the service provider to grant the right of land use to the land plot with the application of the land cadastre plan, or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide the state service.
Working hours: The Portal – around the clock, except for technical breaks in connection with the repair work (when the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays according to the agreement According to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015, the application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued on the following working day).

2) on the portal.
Other requirements, taking into account the specifics of the provision of public services, including those provided in electronic form: The service recipient has the opportunity to obtain information about the procedure and status of the provision of public services in remote access mode through the "personal account" of the portal, as well as a single contact center.
