In addition, in order to promote public services provided to civil servants and the population, by the end of 2020, the department held 3 actions in rural areas and districts, and all questions raised during the event were answered. The specialists of the department together with the employees of the district departments, as well as with the specialists of the rural district, held 5 round tables with entrepreneurs. "To obtain a permit for outdoor (visual) advertising, you can obtain an identity document for advertising through the Internet portal www.egov.kz and by submitting an application www.elicense.kz within 5 (five) business days. Public services are provided to individuals and legal entities free of charge. Also, the necessary documents for obtaining this public service are an application of an individual or legal entity in accordance with Annex 1 to the standard of public services and an advertising sketch with a color scheme and dimensions. In case of incompleteness of the specified documents within 2 working days, the specified service provider sends a reasoned refusal in electronic form to the" personal account " of the service recipient. When the recipient of the service submits all the relevant documents, the status of acceptance of the application for the provision of public services is indicated in the "personal account" of the recipient of the service. The advertising permit is issued for a period of one year, after which it is renewed. Or, in the case of early removal of the object of advertising by the decision of the advertiser, it can be terminated by submitting an application for termination of payment by permission.
Payment for advertising must be made to the Tax Service before the 25th day of each month at the established rate, depending on its size and location.
