about the activities of the city akim's office Ecic in the provision of public services for 2020
The State Institution "Office of the Mayor of the city of Esik" carries out certain work on compliance with the norms and requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public services.
In accordance with the current register of public services, the State Institution "Office of the Mayor of the city of Esik" provides 6 (six) types of public services, these are:
Placing children of preschool age (up to 6 years old) on the waiting list) for referral to preschool organizations;
Issuing a decision to change the purpose of the land plot;
Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the boundaries of a locality;
Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions);
Sale of a land plot in private ownership at a time or in installments;
Putting on the queue for obtaining a land plot.
For the first quarter, the number of public services rendered in total is 14(fourteen), namely, the issuance of a decision to change the purpose of the land plot in January 2 (two), in February 3 (three), i.e. this is the number of public services rendered through State Corporation in paper form; placing on the waiting list for receiving a land plot in January 4(four), selling to private ownership a land plot previously granted for land use in February 3(three), March 1 (one); acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which do not require bidding (contests, auctions) in the month of January 1 (one), provided by service providers (with the exception of those provided through State Corporation) in paper form.
The total number of justified refusals to provide public services is 2 (two).
For the second quarter, the number of public services rendered in total is 12(twelve), namely, the issuance of a decision to change the purpose of the land plot in the month of June is 7 (seven), i.e. this is the number of public services rendered through State Corporation in paper form; Of these, one of these services was provided through the State Institution "Office of the Mayor of the city of Esik" (the relevant documents were accepted by us, in connection with the quarantine), placing on the queue for obtaining a land plot in April 3 (three), acquiring rights to land plots that are in state ownership that do not require bidding (contests, auctions) in April 1 (one), and providing a land plot for the construction of an object within the settlement in June 1 (one), provided by service providers (except for those provided through the state). The total number of justified refusals to provide public services is 2 (two).
For the third quarter, the number of public services rendered in total is 19 (nineteen), namely, the issuance of a decision to change the purpose of a land plot in July 3 (three), in August 2 (two), in September 4 (four), the provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within a locality in July 2 (two), i.e. this is the number of public services rendered through State Corporation in paper form; placing on the waiting list for a land plot in the month of September 3(three), selling the land plot to private ownership at a time or in installments in the month of July 3 (three), August 1( one), September 1 (one), provided by service providers (except for those provided through State Corporation) in paper form.
The total number of justified refusals to provide public services is 6 (six).
For the fourth quarter, the number of public services rendered in total - 14 (fourteen), namely, the issuance of a decision to change the purpose of the land plot in October 1 (one), in November 1 (one), in December 5 (five), this is the number of public services rendered through State Corporation in paper form, as well as through E-licensing; placing on the waiting list for a land plot in the month of October 2(two), in December 2 (two), sale of a land plot to private ownership at a time or in installments in the month of November 1 (one), December 2 (two), provided by service providers (except for those provided through State Corporation) in paper form.
The number of justified refusals to provide public services for the fourth quarter is not available.
For the population of the city in the building of the State Institution "Office of the Mayor of the city of Esik", there is a stand where there are bylaws that define the procedure for providing public services, reference phone numbers, samples of application forms.
During the reporting period, there were no complaints from citizens regarding the provision of public services.
