1. General provisions
The main activities of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Bartogai rural district" on the provision of public services:
- provide public services in accordance with the standards and regulations of public services;
- create the necessary conditions for persons with disabilities to receive public services;
- provide complete and reliable information about the procedure for providing public services to service recipients in an accessible form;
- improve the skills of employees in the field of public services;
- consider complaints of service recipients and inform them of the results of the review within the time limits established by law;
- inform the service recipients, upon request, about the stage of execution of the state service;
- take measures aimed at restoring the violated rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of service recipients.

Conducting internal control over the quality of public services is entrusted to the deputy akim of the Bartogai rural district Narymbayev Sanat Yesenovich.

Working with service recipients.
