"Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of the land plot" public service can be changed only in electronic form.
The state service "Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of a land plot" is provided through the e-government portal in accordance with the rules defining the procedure for providing public services, approved by Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 301 dated October 01, 2020.
With a valid electronic digital signature (EDS), you must apply through the portal of "electronic government" to the state institution "Office of the Akim of the Karazhotinsky rural district".
To receive a public service, individuals and legal entities through the portal provide the service provider with:
1) the application of the service recipient in the form of an electronic document for changing the purpose of the land plot, certified by the EDS (when filling in the data, it is formed on the portal);
2) when changing the purpose of the land plot, pay to the budget an amount equal to the cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot, if necessary, pay to the budget an amount equal to the difference between the cadastral (estimated) value for the changed purpose and the price at which the land plot was previously purchased from the state, and, if necessary, a copy of the act of the cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot.
When selecting a service provider, you must select the appropriate area. If the land plot is located within the boundaries of a locality, then the application must be submitted to the "Office of the Akim of the rural district", where your land plot is located. If the land plot is located outside the locality, then the application must be submitted to the "Office of the district Akim".
The term of rendering the service is within 13 working days from the moment of submitting the application.
The result of the provision of a public service: the decision of the service provider to change the purpose of the land plot, or a reasoned refusal to provide a public service.
