Report on the activities related to the provision of public services of the State Institution "Department of Economics and Budget Planning" for 2020
In its activities for the provision of public services, the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the Enbekshikazakh district (hereinafter referred to as the department) is directly guided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public services.
The department provides one public service: "Provision of social support measures to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agriculture, civil servants of the offices of the akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who have arrived to work and live in rural settlements".

The department has adopted relevant regulations to assign responsible persons for the provision of public services and employees responsible for the work of internal control and quality of public services.
To inform the population, there are stands (in the building of the district Akimat, on the 1st floor near and in office No. 117, on the 1st floor there is a folder for people with disabilities), where the rules of public services, phone numbers, samples of application forms are posted. Also in the building of the akimat of the district, the "Service Akimat" is opened. There you can get all the information about the public service.
One of the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the work of state bodies is the timely and high-quality provision of services, increasing the level of satisfaction of citizens. In 2020, there were no violations of the deadlines for the provision of public services, and there were no complaints from citizens about the provision of public services.
