Request for expressions of interest on the planned public-private partnership project "reconstruction of the administrative building of the akimat in Narynkol village of Raiymbek district of Almaty region»
GU "construction Management Almaty region", in accordance with subparagraph 12, paragraph 1, 2nd Chapter, Annex 1 "Rules for planning and implementation of public-private partnerships" to the order of the acting Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan from November 25, 2015 No. 725, in order to attract businesses, financial and other organizations in planning, improving transparency of planning projects of public-private partnership (hereinafter – PPP) hereby initiates the project and places a request for expressions of interest for the specified project.

1) carrying out construction and installation works provided for in the design and estimate documentation, but not limited to this.
2) Compliance with the qualification requirements established by article 32 of Chapter 5 Of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2015 No. 379-V ZRK "On public-private partnership".
In accordance with the order of the Ministry of national economy No. 165 dated 28.02.2015 "On approval of the Rules for determining the General procedure for classifying buildings and structures as technically and (or) technologically complex objects", the project has a 2 (technically non-complex) level of responsibility.
