About modification in the decision of the Almaty regional
maslikhat from December 13, 2019 No. 55-282 "On the regional budget of Almaty region for the years 2020-2022"
In accordance with paragraph 4 of article 106 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Almaty regional maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Add to the decision of the Almaty regional maslikhat "On the regional budget of the Almaty region for 2020-2022" dated December 13, 2019
No. 55-282 (registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 5371, published on January 6, 2020 in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes:
paragraph 1 of the said decision should be redrafted:
"1. Approve the regional budget for 2020-2022 according to appendices 1, 2 and 3 to this decision respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
1) income – 569 643 894 thousand tenge, including for:
tax revenues – 29,924,640 thousand tenge;
non – tax receipts-1 263 236 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital – 15,970 thousand tenge;
revenues transfers – 538 048 440 thousand tenge;
2) costs – 576 668 315 thousand tenge;
3) net budget crediting – 83 191 683 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans – 88 811 608 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans – 5 619 925 thousand tenge;
4) balance on operations with financial assets 2 213 835 thousand tenge, including:
acquisition of financial assets 2 213 835 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) – ( - ) 92,429,939 thousand tenge;
6) financing the budget deficit (using the surplus) – 92,429,939 thousand tenge.".
2. to set out Appendix 1 to the specified decision in new edition according to Appendix to this decision.
3. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the permanent Commission of the regional maslikhat "On budget, tariff policy and law enforcement".
4. This decision shall be enforced from 1 January 2020.
