Today, as part of the information and explanatory work in the region, a member of the RIEG, coordinator of the information and educational internet portal "Kazislam", PhD Doctor of Islamic jurisprudence Isatay Berdaliyev and head of the department of the "Center for the rehabilitation of victims of religious extremism and adherents of destructive cults" of the Almaty region Yerlan Matayev conducted information and explanatory work. In the building of the youth service center in Taldykorgan, the lecturers held a meeting with teenagers of sports boarding schools and young people from among the socially vulnerable category of the population. At the seminar dedicated to the prevention of extremism among young people, the concept of religious extremism and terrorism was comprehensively disclosed, and appropriate recommendations were given. Then the members of the IEG delivered a lecture on the topic "What danger non-traditional religious movements of the public pose" in the regional police department.
