A meeting was held on the topic "Improving religious literacy"

Today, within the framework of the project "Rukhani keruen" of the Department for religious affairs of Almaty region, a meeting was held with the population and youth of the village of Kabanbai in Alakol district. The meeting on the topic "Improving religious literacy" was attended by a specialist in religious studies of the highest level of qualification of the CGI "Center for the study of problems in the field of religion" Asanov Akzhol Maratovich. The meeting was organized within the framework of the state social order of the CGI "Congress of youth organizations of Zhetysu". The purpose of the meeting is to form the population's immunity to radical religious ideologies, to understand extremism, terrorism, its types, causes and consequences. As well as preventing provocations of terrorist, terrorist and religious-extremist orientation with an explanation of the social, legal, and religious characteristics of society. The meeting was attended by 50 people in compliance with the requirements of the quarantine, during which comprehensive answers were given to the questions of the participants.
