An international conference was held

Today, at the initiative of the faculty of oriental studies of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, an international conference was held on the topic: "Religious institutions and practices during the COVID pandemic: threats and solutions".

Professors and specialists from Egypt, Turkey, India, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan took part in the online event, which was held through the Zoom app. The head of the department of the Center Aibek Babatay participated in this event and shared his opinion.
