A meeting was held with the military police officers

On March 19 of this year, in accordance with the plan of the "Center for the study of problems in the religious sphere" for 2021, a member of the regional IRG - deputy director of the CGI "Center for the study of problems in the field of religion" Zhanabay Sagynysh Askarovich and the head of the department of the center Babatay Aibek Serikbayevich held a meeting with employees of the Taldykorgan garrison of the military police on the topic "Destructive religious trends and ways to prevent them". The event met all the requirements of quarantine and was attended by 50 people.

At the meeting, the radical religious ideology and extremist properties of destructive groups were revealed, and explanations were given that the activities carried out by destructive organizations completely contradict the foundations and principles of true religion. And also, they highlighted the work in the Internet space. During the event, the participants asked their questions, shared their views on improving religious literacy.
