Final meeting of the Council for relations with religious associations under the regional akimat

The final meeting of the council for relations with religious associations under the regional akimat was held under the chairmanship of the head of the office, Esdauletov Rakhmet Razbekovich, through the "ZOOM" application. The meeting was attended by the secretariat of the assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, deputy akims of districts, cities and heads of internal policy departments, chief imams of Almaty and Taldykorgan representative offices of the SAMK, head of the Taldykorgan church district of the local Russian orthodox church. During the meeting of the council, deputy akims of Sarkan, Talgar, Enbekshikazakh districts and the city of Kapshagai spoke about the analysis of the religious situation in the region, the city and problematic aspects in the field of state confessional relations. In addition, the head of the department for interethnic relations of the secretariat of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, Saule Surabaldinova, spoke about ethnocultural associations and religion, explained the basic principles of religion and the development of interfaith harmony, gave comprehensive answers to questions of interest. In turn, the head of the regional administration for religious affairs R.Esdauletov summed up the results of the council meeting for 2020 and announced the implementation of solutions to problematic issues related to the religious sphere, and also noted the scale of the council's work in 2021.

At the end of the meeting, the chairman of the council meeting congratulated all those present on the upcoming New Year and wished them further success for the good of the country.
