"Spiritual heritage of Al-Farabi and" the role of religion in the work of Abay "

A solemn meeting of the regional competition on the theme "Spiritual heritage of al-Farabi" and "The Role of religion in Abai's creativity" was held, organized among specialists from different fields of activity and journalists. The competition aimed at increasing the religious literacy of the population, preventing destructive religious views and trends, and their prevention has been held regularly since 2014. All participants had a special attitude and great potential. In the competition, in which the strongest took part, the first place among journalists was taken by the deputy editor-in-chief of the Almaty regional newspaper "Zhetysu" Amreev Zhumatai Ospanovich, the second place-correspondent of the newspaper "Zhetysu shugylasy" of the Yeskeldi district Zhumabekova Zeinegul Beibitkyzy. And the third place was taken by the correspondent of the socio-political week "Ile tanu" Erzhanov Almat Ergeshbaevich. In addition, Kassenova Ainash Memlenovna, the executive secretary of the «Karadala tunusu» newspaper, Mamyrbaeva Bayan Zhanysbaevna, and the director-editor-in-chief of the «Karatal» newspaper Omirbayev Askhat Bakytovich were awarded with incentive prizes for active participation in the competition. As a reminder, this year, in addition to journalists, specialists from various fields took part in the regional competition of articles. Out of 7 participants selected in this nomination, 2 were presented to the final. Among specialists in various fields of activity, the 1st place was taken by the poet, teacher of the Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurova, candidate of philological sciences Kozhagulov Sailaukhan Kazhibekovich, ІІ place - Abaved, religious scholar Dosym Kairbekovich Omarov. Winners and active participants were awarded with special diplomas and cash prizes. The journalistic community plays an important role in the formation of a tolerant religious consciousness in society and the ability of citizens to resist radical ideologies. The competition, which has become traditional, will continue next year.
