On amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of Almaty region
№ 389 dated December 10, 2012 «On approval of the location of special stationary premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, objects of religious purpose and coordination of the location of premises for conducting religious rites outside religious buildings (structures)»
The Akimat of the Almaty region DECIDES:
- Make the following changes to the resolution of the Akimat of Almaty region №389 dated December 10, 2012 «On approval of the location of special stationary premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, objects of religious purpose and coordination of the location of premises for conducting religious rites outside religious buildings (structures)» (registered in the Register of State registration of normative legal acts №2252) :
the title of the said resolution should be stated in a new version: "On approval of the location of special stationary premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, objects of religious purpose";
annex 1 of the said resolution should be set out in a new version, in accordance with the annex to this resolution;
paragraph 2 of the said resolution should be deleted.
- The state institution «Department for religious affairs of the Almaty region» should ensure the state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the deputy akim of the region B. Baizhumanov.
- This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
