About the approval of the location of special stationary premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, objects of religious purpose

In accordance with article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local state administration and self-government in the republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 7 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 11, 2011 "On religious activities and religious associations", the akimat of the Almaty region DECIDES:

  1. Approve the location of special stationary premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, objects of religious purpose in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
  2. Recognize them as invalid:

1) Resolution of the Akimat of the Almaty region dated December 10, 2012 №389 "On approval of the location of special stationary premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, objects of religious purpose and coordination of the location of premises for conducting religious rites outside of religious buildings (structures)" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts №2252).

2) Resolution of the Akimat of the Almaty region "On amendments to the resolution of the akimat of the region dated December 10, 2012 №389 "On approval of the location of special stationary premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, objects of religious purpose and coordination of the location of premises for religious rites outside religious buildings (structures) "(registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts № 2900).

  1. The State institution "Department for religious affairs of the Almaty region", in accordance with the procedure established by law, shall provide:

state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of justice of the republic of Kazakhstan;

placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Almaty region.

  1. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the deputy akim of the region B. Baizhumanov.
  2. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
