About the approval of the location of special stationary
premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, objects of religious purpose
In accordance with article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 7 of Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 11, 2011 "On religious activities and religious associations", the Akimat of the Almaty region DECIDES:
- To approve the location of special stationary premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, objects of religious purpose in the Almaty region in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
- Recognize as invalid the resolution of the Akimat of the Almaty region "On approval of the location of special stationary premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, objects of religious purpose and coordination of the location of premises for holding religious events outside of religious buildings (structures) " dated December 10, 2012 №389 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts №2252, published on December 27, 2012 in the newspapers "Lights of Alatau" and "Zhetisu").
- The State Institution "Department for religious affairs of the Almaty region" should ensure the official publication of this resolution in the information and legal system "Adilet" and in the mass media, placement on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Almaty region.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the Deputy akim of the Almaty region B. Baizhumanov.
- This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
