About the approval of the location of special stationary premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, objects of religious purpose
In accordance with Article 37 of the Law of the republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local state administration and self-government in the republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 7 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 11, 2011 "On religious activities and religious associations", the akimat of Almaty region DECIDES:
- Approve the location of special stationary premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, objects of religious purpose in the Almaty region in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
- Recognize as invalid the resolution of the Akimat of Almaty region «On approval of the location of special stationary premises for the distribution of religious literature and other information materials of religious content, objects of religious purpose and coordination of the location of premises for religious events outside of religious buildings (structures)» dated December 10, 2012 №389 (registered in the register of state registration of normative legal Acts №2252, published on December 27, 2012 in the newspapers «Ogni Alatau» and «Zhetisu»).
- The State institution «Department of religious affairs of the Almaty region» in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the republic of Kazakhstan shall provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the department of justice of the Almaty region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Almaty region after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this resolution, submission to the state-legal department of the office of the akim of Almaty region of information on the implementation of the measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the deputy akim of Almaty region R.Ali.
- This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
