Information about public services for the first half of 2020.

To date, 37 public services have been defined in the sphere of family and children, pre-school and secondary education, technical and vocational education, 3 of them by the Department of education, 12 by subordinate regional management institutions, and 22 by district and city departments of education.
The Department of education and subordinate regional institutions, district and city departments of education for the 1st half of 2020 provided 63,785 public services. Including the Department of education and regional institutions – 6195.
The Department of education is guided by the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the provision of public services and within its competence, to improve the quality of public services to the population of the region, information, Advisory, methodological support is provided for public services provided in the field of education, online seminars are held.
Department of education 22, 28 may, 2 June 2020 held in online meetings, training seminars with the heads of district, municipal departments of education, regional organizations of technical and vocational education, heads of the regional psycho - medical - pedagogical office, and psycho-pedagogical correction, specialists of the authority, carrying out functions on guardianship and trusteeship.
Within the framework of the event, new approved rules for the provision of public services in the field of education were presented, as well as strict warnings about the quality and timely provision of public services.
New approved Rules for the provision of public services are published on the Unified portal of information resources of state bodies , in the mass media, and on the Internet resources of district and city departments of education.
There were no complaints from individuals about public services provided by subordinate organizations.
