Workshop on the exchange of experience

On December 15, 2022, on the basis of the Ushkonyr College of Water Management, a regional seminar on the exchange of experience among engineers-teachers of technical and vocational education organizations was held. The topic of the seminar is "Mentoring is a prerequisite for the professional development of a teacher". During the seminar, the head of the Department of "Methodology and Pedagogical Innovations" of the Institute of Professional Development of the NCPC "Orleu" in the Almaty region, the teacher of the secondary school named after S. Kerimbekov G. Kaskelen shared their work experience. 152 engineer-teachers took part in the seminar in an offline format.
