The first republican forum of young teachers "Zhas ustaz: Tabyska aparar zhol" – "Young teacher: Steps to success" has ended in the autonomous educational organization "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools".

The Republican Forum continues the large-scale NIS project on the professional development of young teachers. The idea itself was born after a series of meetings of young teachers with the chairman of the Board of the autonomous educational organization "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools" Kulyash Shamshidinova. A series of case sessions were held in the capital, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Karaganda, Almaty, Pavlodar, Kostanay.
– The rapid development of technology and the economy gives a powerful impetus to the education sector. Today, more than ever, it is important that teachers meet the requirements of the time. A teacher is always a sought–after profession, so the trajectory of his development should be individual, but necessarily in accordance with world educational trends, – Kulyash Shamshidinova emphasized the special importance of the professional development of teachers and the logical evolution of the profession.
At TEDTalk, the forum participants were delighted to meet motivational speakers who have achieved success in the profession.
The founder and head of the public foundation "WikiBilim", director of the popular company in the field of e-education Bilim Media Group Rauan Kenzhehanuly, who changed the Kazakh-speaking segment of the Internet, admitted:
– I remember how my father brought home the national currency for the first time, we knew the first Constitution of the country almost by heart, we dreamed of contributing to the formation of independent Kazakhstan. I once dreamed of a diplomatic career, journalism, business, all these dreams of mine have come true. Today, the country has all the conditions for the success of young people. I am not a diploma teacher, but working in the education system is my life choice. A teacher is the most important person after parents for everyone, and a school is the most important institution in every country.
Journalist, known for the stellar broadcasts of Astana TV, presenter on Retro FM radio, Europa Plus, Orda FM actress Myra Tolepbergen, as the daughter of two teachers by education and vocation, is absolutely sure that the profession of a teacher can be chosen only by the dictates of the heart.

Askar, convinced that it is possible to become successful in the profession only if you love children, urged teachers not to become boring adults and keep the child in themselves.
Chairman of the republican youth organization "Assembly of Zhastars" Timur Dzhumurbayev stressed that the community of young teachers, which is being created by NIS, is a great professional platform for expanding their potential:
– To date, there is no organization in the country that would work directly with novice teachers, primarily helping to exchange best practices. I would say that young people are both the future of our country and the present.
Elaine Wilson, a representative of the Faculty of Education at Cambridge University, joined the young teachers from the UK, who has been successfully cooperating with NIS for a long time.
– There are many good teacher training programs in Kazakhstan developed by the Center for Pedagogical Excellence. I am glad to see that this is a leading country in professional development and teachers can constantly improve. Don't think that you know everything, study and study," Elaine Wilson wished good luck to the forum participants.
Two days were filled to the limit with creative drive, new acquaintances, professional discoveries, ambitious projects, inspiring trainings and master classes.

Nazipa Ayubayeva shared her own history in pedagogy and studies at Cambridge University, life and professional principles.
Asel Moldabekova answered a large number of uncomfortable questions. Young teachers were interested in information integration in electronic educational systems, low speed and instability of the Internet in rural areas, problems with servers and platforms for schools.
Damir Sultanov, Guldana Bukharbayeva, Temirbek Sagyndykov and other teachers who prepared their master classes became the real heroes of the forum. They impressed their colleagues with creative cases in the organization of the lesson and in personal professional development, the very names of which confirm their relevance – digital teacher, lesson foresight, pedagogical engagement, differentiation and life hacks in training and others.
Damir Sultanov, a history teacher from Kostanay region, told how the author's tourist program for the Mendykarinsky district was created from scratch.
– When I started planning a lesson, I turned to YouTube and Google for help. It seemed to me that knowledge is not enough. I took various courses on guide training and digitalization. Then I created my own program and realized that it works. My students and I try to form a historical consciousness and look far beyond the horizon.
Guldana Bukharbayeva, a teacher of the Kazakh language at Rudna Secondary School No. 1, shared at a master class on pedagogical engagement how she created the school theater. Guldana is sure that creative approaches develop speaking skills in the Kazakh language and increase interest in the subject.
Temirbek Sagyndykov, a mathematics teacher from Almaty, is sure that today every teacher should be digital and this is not a fashion, but a necessity. Temirbek shared his firm conviction with colleagues at the master class of the same name:
– There are seven main requirements for a successful teacher in the world, the third of them is digital literacy and the introduction of new technologies into the educational process.
All young teachers were inspired by the example of Temirbek, who in Tik-Tok taught 14 thousand subscribers to solve problems quickly and supported children's interest in mathematics.
Botagoz Makatova from Kostanay region started with a dream – to introduce digital technologies into biology lessons.
– I decided to try conducting lessons in the STEAM lab. I chose the Mozaik Web program, used the ROQET interactive panel, thanks to which we immerse ourselves in the virtual world, animate it. And it turned out!
Botagoz supports Temirbek that modern education, and teaching in the first place, should be digital. Asset Serikbayev from Pavlodar is the author of the application "PRO100 Constitution".
– A few years ago, the Constitution of the United States came into my hands. He became interested in state construction, then decided to create an application on the Kazakh Constitution. At the same time, I made sure that history and mathematics lessons could be easily inter-combined.
In June, Asset received a patent for the project "PRO100 Constitution", which is in demand today.
Karaganda residents Oleg Te and Yerzhan Akizhanov tried to answer the main question of new friends, how to arouse interest in the lessons of all students.
We need to start with the research of the lesson, they shared their personal life hacks. Yerzhan was convinced that it is necessary to develop individual educational routes and be friends with applications. "Wooclap" is rational to use when working with a large audience, "Formative" helps with formative and summative assessment.
Oleg explained the basic principles of the "Inverted School" and confirmed the importance of digital methods, in particular the applications "ISpiring Learn", "Anchor fm" for successful cooperation with students.
Great interest was aroused by the master class of Alyona Rakhimova from Ust-Kamenogorsk, dedicated to the most urgent priority in today's school - assessment. Alyona especially drew attention to the fact that it is always difficult to evaluate a student in group work, objectivity supports the child's interest in learning.
English teacher from Ulan district of East Kazakhstan region Adil Anarbekov stressed that the psychological state of the child is crucial in the assessment:
– The golden bridge between a student and a teacher is trust, and honesty, love and faith build it.
Oleg Te from Karaganda admitted at the closing ceremony that the time at the forum had acquired a different dimension and concentrated real motivation for success.
David Marsh, a star expert in the field of education who joined from Mexico, despite thousands of kilometers, became close to the forum participants and shared his personal belief that in any country of the world the main criterion for success for a teacher is his loyalty to the profession.
The festive mood of young teachers was supported and inspired by the personal story of Askhat Zhumabekov, a physics teacher at the Semey Intellectual School, who was the first from Kazakhstan to enter the top 50 of the Global Teacher Prize and became its ambassador. Askhat admitted that the choice of profession was absolutely conscious for him. As a real teacher, he conveyed to the forum participants absolute confidence that each of them can become the best version of themselves.
