Forum of pedagogical ideas "mentoring - a new design of communication in a modern school" within the framework of the project "Mentor school-2025"

In accordance with the development plan of OMG Almalybak of Karasai district, within the framework of the project "Accelerator of a successful school", the project "Mentor School-2025" was developed, during which the gymnasium school conducted productive work in 5 directions: "Teacher- Teacher", "Teacher – Student", "Student – Student", "Teacher – parent", "Activities of the school conciliation commission".
In order to exchange experience of interaction between mentors and mentees, on May 21 this year, within the framework of this project, the school held a forum of pedagogical ideas "Mentoring - a new design of communication in a modern school" in the leisure center "Aul RESORT". The purpose of the event is to integrate the hands
of teachers, teachers of educational institutions, interested parties; to reform the competencies of teachers, which make it possible to create new concepts and values in a modern school.
The forum was attended by the head of educational programs of the Eurasian Center for Population Management, expert on the transformation of educational organizations in Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philosophy Kanagatova Almagul Medikhatovna, head of educational programs of the Eurasian Center for People Management Sultanbek Kayym, founder of the public foundation "COMUNITYPLUS Foundation for Cultural, Social and Educational Development" Elmira Karmanova, certified business coach, RSS, MBA coach Nurgul Kurmanova, winner of the contest "Digital Ustaz Almaty 2021", Head of the Department of Humanities Galaxy International School Kaliev Sagyngali Zeynullayevich, Master of Pedagogical Sciences, doctoral student, senior lecturer of the Department of TOFKiS Academy of Sports and Tourism Kopzhanov Galymzhan Balykbaevich, Master of the Academy of Sports and Tourism Dusembek Ablay Sambebayevich, coordinators of the resource center "Mother's House" and representatives of the "Kazakhstan League of Volunteers". The forum participants got acquainted with the best practices in the field of pedagogy and education, achievements in the field of science and the future and new technologies.
