According to the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 27.04.2020 No. 165, from July 1 of this year, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who wish to accept orphans and children left without parental care for upbringing in their family are required to take psychological training courses.

In the region, psychological training courses for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who wish to accept orphans and children left without parental care for upbringing in their family are held in the Ainalayyn orphanage, in the regional orphanage No. 1, a special boarding school for orphans and children left without parental care, with disabilities intelligence in the city of Zharkent, for 3 months, online via the Skype application 1 time per week.
