Introduction of credit-modular training technology

On the basis of the "Competence Center" of the Taldykorgan College of Service and Technology, a regional workshop "Introduction of credit-modular technology of training in the specialty 10130300 "Catering" was held. The purpose of the event is to exchange experience in the implementation of a credit-modular system.

The participants of the seminar were presented with the experience in developing working training programs using Kazakh and Finnish models, as well as evaluating the educational achievements of students. At the end, a master class on French cuisine was held for the participants.
