Regional debate tournament " Independence!»

On December 7, 2021, on the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to develop students' intellectual abilities, support comprehensive youth initiatives and improve their public speaking, oratory skills, identify young leaders capable of arguing their point of view, the Department of Education of the Almaty region held a regional debate tournament "Tugyr biik Tauelsizdik!" on the basis of Taldykorgan Humanitarian and Technical College.

The event, which has great educational significance, develops creative, inquisitive abilities in future generations, increases their ability to critical and creative thinking.

The event was attended by the head of the Department of Technical and Vocational Education of the Department of Education A.Torebayeva, the head of the Department for Youth Work of the Department for Youth Policy U.Boranbayuly. The tournament was attended by 14 teams of 28 speakers from among the debaters of colleges in the region,.

According to the results of the debate tournament, Taldykorgan Agro-Technical College won the first place, Bilim Humanitarian and Technical College took the second place and Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College took the third place. Letters of thanks were awarded to students of 11 colleges.
