On November 25, 2021, the Department of Education in the "Zom" mode organized a seminar-meeting with the participation of representatives from public and private kindergartens on the topic "Acceptance of documents for passing the procedure for assigning and confirming qualification categories to teachers" and "State certification of educational institutions".

The event was attended by the head of the Department of external assessment of the quality of education of the Department for Quality Assurance in the field of education of Almaty region G.Azhikenova, who made a report on the topic "Certification of educational organizations", methodologist of the regional educational and methodological center for the development of education R.Tumaeva with a report on the topic "Certification of teaching staff, persons equated to them and other civil servants in the field of education and science".

During the seminar, the head of the department of preschool education and training, provision of public services, personnel work, documentation support G. Yelubayeva was given information on the public services provided in the field of education, and also noted that public services must be provided in a timely and high-quality manner.

At the end of the seminar-meeting, answers were given to the questions posed by the participants of the seminar.
