Special attention is paid to preparing for the heating season

"On September 3, a joint visiting meeting of the permanent commissions of the Almaty Regional Maslikhat on housing and communal services, construction and healthcare, education, social protection of the population, culture was held," the press service of the Almaty regional Maslikhat reports.

This meeting, held on the basis of the Zharkent starch plant of the Panfilov district, discussed the issues of the readiness of social facilities (schools and healthcare institutions) for the heating season in the region and the readiness of educational institutions of the Panfilov, Uygur, Kegen, Raiymbek districts for the academic year (capital and current repairs of school buildings, construction of facilities), heard a report of industry leaders. In particular, the heads of the regional department of education, health, housing and communal services, heads of districts and cities made reports.

In his speech, the head of the regional department of housing and communal services B. Tanekenov noted: "13.7 billion tenge has been allocated from the budget to prepare for the heating season. own funds of enterprises-1.7 billion tenge. In total, 35 centralized boiler houses provide heat supply in the region. This year, 3.3 billion tenge has been allocated from the budget for the implementation of 5 heat supply projects. This year, as a result of the transfer of central boiler houses to natural gas, the need for solid fuel will decrease by 37 thousand tons, the emission of harmful substances into the environment will decrease. In total, there are 3,581 multi-apartment residential buildings in the region, 323 of them are individually heated. Since 2018, the transition to centralized heating is being carried out in accordance with the approved schedule. In order to prevent unjustified price increases, artificial hype, and prevent social tension, a control group was created by all interested state bodies, and a commission visit to the coal sales sites was organized from July to August. Every day, JSC " NC "KTZ-Cargo Transportation" conducts monitoring on the implementation of the coal procurement plan for the population and explanatory work among the population about the purchase of coal in favorable weather. The work on preparing for the upcoming heating season will be carried out at the proper level and is under strict control."

In general, the deputies of the region conducted monitoring on the above issues in all districts and cities, made comments and suggestions, and did a lot of work.

Now the task is to continue working in this direction, to concentrate on the joint solution of the identified problems.
