Traditions and innovations in industrial training

In order to create conditions for improving the skills of masters of industrial training in the context of the updated content of education and expanding the scope of professional relations, the association of teachers of the specialty "Catering" held a master class "Traditions and innovations in industrial training"from February 18 to 26 this year.

During the webinar, the masters of industrial training in the specialty demonstrated the preparation of dishes from fish, poultry and confectionery. The master class was attended by 700 engineers and teachers.
