COMPETITION
The State Institution "Department of Education of Almaty Region" announces a competition for the filling and appointment of the following vacant positions of the first heads of state educational organizations.

1. Head of the municipal state institution "Regional psychological-medical-pedagogical consultation No. 8 of the Enbekshikazakh district" of the state institution "Department of Education of Almaty Region";

2. Head of the municipal state institution "office of psychological and pedagogical correction No. 3" of the Karasai district of the state institution "Education Department of the Almaty region";

The date of the competition is determined in accordance with the Rules approved by the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 21, 2012 No. 57.
Deadline for accepting documents:
Applications for participation in the competition are submitted within 7 working days from the date of publication of the announcement.
To participate in the competition, the candidate must provide:
The service recipient submits the following documents to the service provider's office or to the State Corporation:
1) an application in the form according to Appendix 3 to the Rules for the appointment to positions, dismissal from positions of top managers and teachers of state educational organizations, approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 21, 2012 No. 57 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 7495);
2) an identity document or an electronic document from the digital document service (for identification);
3) a personal record sheet and a photo;
4) a copy of a state-issued document on education;
5) a copy of a document confirming work activity;
6) a health certificate in accordance with form 075/u, approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. ҚР ДСМ-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of health care" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 21579);
7) a certificate of absence of dynamic observation of patients with mental behavioral disorders;
8) a certificate of absence of dynamic observation of drug addicts;
9) a certificate of passing certification in accordance with Appendix 7 to these Rules;
10) a certificate of passing the KazTest (not lower than the average level B1)
11) a resume;
12) a certificate of assignment (confirmation) of a qualification category.
The service provider and the employee of the State Corporation receive the consent of the service recipient to use information constituting a secret protected by law, contained in information systems, when rendering public services, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Qualification requirements for a candidate for the position of head of a special educational organization: higher (postgraduate) pedagogical education in the field of "Special Education" ("Defectology") or a document confirming pedagogical retraining, at least five years of teaching experience, including the last two years of teaching experience;
and (or) the first or highest qualification category of a teacher, the qualification category of an expert teacher or a researcher teacher or a master teacher;
for centers (autism center) for support of children with autism, at least one year of experience in special educational organizations or in centers (autism center) for support of children with autism, or in a managerial position in special educational organizations for at least one year, or in the position of the head of the center (autism center) for support of children with autism, a division of autism centers for at least one year, or teachers with pedagogical retraining in the direction of positions in autism centers;
at least five years of work experience as a civil servant in the field of education and science, or as the head of technical and vocational, post-secondary education or higher and (or) postgraduate education organizations, taking into account the presence of higher pedagogical education, with the exception of the provisions of paragraphs 2, 3, 4 of this clause.
