COMPETITION
The State Institution "Department of Education of Almaty Region" announces a competition for the filling and appointment of the following vacant positions of heads of state educational organizations.

1. Director of the State Communal State Enterprise "Kaskelen Vocational and Technical College named after Sanzhar Zhandosov" of the State Institution "Department of Education of Almaty Region";

The date of the competition is determined in accordance with the rules approved by the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 21, 2012 No. 57.
Deadlines and Place of Acceptance of Applications for Participation in the Competition:
Applications for participation in the competition are submitted within 7 working days from the date of publication of the announcement.
To participate in the competition, the candidate must provide:
The service recipient submits the following documents to the service provider's office or to the State Corporation:
1) an application in the form according to Appendix 3 to the Rules for the appointment to positions, dismissal from positions of top managers and teachers of state educational organizations, approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 21, 2012 No. 57 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 7495);
2) an identity document or an electronic document from the digital document service (for identification);
3) a personal record sheet and a photo;
4) a copy of a state-issued document on education;
5) a copy of a document confirming work activity;
6) a health certificate in accordance with form 075/u, approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. ҚР ДСМ-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of health care" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 21579);
7) a certificate of absence of dynamic observation of patients with mental behavioral disorders;
8) a certificate of absence of dynamic observation of drug addicts;
9) a certificate of passing certification in accordance with Appendix 7 to these Rules;
10) a certificate of passing the KazTest (not lower than the average level B1)
11) a resume;
12) a certificate of assignment (confirmation) of a qualification category.
The service provider and the employee of the State Corporation receive the consent of the service recipient to use information constituting a secret protected by law, contained in information systems, when rendering public services, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Qualification requirements for a candidate for the position of head of an educational organization:
For organizations of technical and vocational, post-secondary education: higher (postgraduate) pedagogical education or other higher (postgraduate) professional education in the relevant profile; at least five years of teaching experience in the field of education, including at least two years of experience as deputy head or head of an organization of technical and vocational, post-secondary education;
at least five years of experience in managerial positions in medium and large business entities in the relevant profile of training of personnel of an educational institution for one or more qualifications;
having at least 2 years of experience in the position of head (deputy head) of methodological offices (centers) in the profile;
the first or highest qualification category of a teacher, the qualification category of a teacher-expert or teacher-researcher or teacher-master (when carrying out teaching activities);
or the qualification category of "deputy head of the third qualification category" or "deputy head of the second qualification category", or "deputy head of the first qualification category" of an educational organization or the qualification category of "head-organizer" or "head-manager", or "head-leader".
