General provisions

2.1. 3.1. analyzes the state of technical and professional, post-secondary education in the region, predicts the prospects and trends of its development.
3.2. participates in the development of action plans, draft decisions of boards, management orders, regulatory and instructional documents on improving professional education, implements the developed documents through performance control, data collection and analysis, provides practical assistance to educational institutions on site.

3.4. Monitors the compliance of the content of professional education with the requirements of state standards of technical and professional, post-secondary education, updating the content of professional education in the conditions of market relations on the basis of new progressive training technologies.
3.5. Conducts work on the development of educational and industrial activities of colleges through more efficient use of production areas, machinery and equipment, educational facilities, and the creation of independent production enterprises.
3.6. Forms a system for evaluating the performance of educational institutions of technical and professional, post-secondary education, provides practical assistance to educational institutions in conducting certification, prepares materials on licensing of colleges and submits them to the regional licensing Council.
3.7. Organizes regional workshops with engineering and pedagogical workers of technical and professional, post-secondary education on the most pressing issues of professional training of workers, competitions for the best in the profession among students and masters of industrial training, exhibitions of technical creativity, products manufactured in the workshops of educational institutions of technical and professional, post-secondary education and educational farms.
3.8. Together With the Republican center for advanced training "Orleu", the regional methodological office plans and implements professional development of managerial and engineering-pedagogical personnel in educational institutions of technical and professional, post-secondary education.
3.9. In conjunction with the regional methodical study examines, discusses and propagates the advanced pedagogical experience in the field of vocational training.

3.13. Ensures the improvement of the quality of training of workers and specialists taking into account the requirements of market production, directs the production training, as well as the teaching of special and General education disciplines.
3.14. checks educational institutions of technical and professional, post-secondary education and monitors the quality of training and education of students, the implementation of curricula and programs.
3.15. monitors the correct operation of equipment, vehicles and agricultural machinery and, in accordance with the established procedure, participates in the write-off of equipment and equipment that has fallen into disrepair.
