About the approval of the state educational institution
orders for training personnel with technical and professional, post-secondary education for the 2019-2020 academic year
In accordance with subparagraph 8-3) of paragraph 2 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 "on education", the akimat of Almaty region DECIDES:
1. Approve the state educational order for training of personnel with technical and professional, post-secondary education for the 2019-2020 academic year, according to the Appendix to this resolution.
2. State institutions "Department of education of Almaty region", "Department of health of Almaty region", "Department of economy and budget planning of Almaty region" provide placement and financing of the state educational order in organizations of technical and professional, post-secondary education.
3. State institutions "Department of education of the Almaty region"," Department of health of the Almaty region " to ensure the implementation of the state educational order for training in educational institutions of technical and vocational, post-secondary education for the 2019-2020 academic year.
4. state institution "Department of education of Almaty region" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of justice of the Almaty region;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this resolution, sending a copy of it in paper and electronic form in Kazakh and Russian to the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Almaty region akimat after its official publication;
4) within ten working days after the state registration of this resolution, submission to the state legal Department of the office of the akim of Almaty region of information on the implementation of measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1), 2) and 3) of this paragraph.
5. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to the Deputy akim of Almaty region A. Abdualiev.
6. The present decision comes into force from the date of state registration in bodies of justice and shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication.
