To date, 34 public services have been established in the areas of family and children's, pre-school and Secondary Education, Technical and vocational education.
Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan receive public services related to the field of education through the e-government web portal E-GOV, The State Corporation and educational organizations , the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan es.ias.kz through the portal and the centralized database of subordinate institutions of the akimat of Almaty region (E-Zhetysu) information system.
The Department of education and subordinate regional institutions, district and city departments of education provided 43,624 public services in the IV quarter of 2021.
The Department of education is guided by the normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the provision of public services and within its competence provides information, consulting and methodological support to the population of the region on public services provided in the field of Education.
