The qualification requirements for a candidate for the position of head of an educational organization are determined according to Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 57 dated February 21, 2012 " On approval of the Rules for competitive Replacement of heads of state organizations of secondary, technical and vocational, Post-secondary education and competitive appointment to the position of heads of state educational organizations implementing general educational programs of preschool, secondary education and educational programs of additional education" (as amended on May 21, 2020, No. 213)
For specialized educational organizations: higher (postgraduate) pedagogical or other professional education in the relevant profile, or a document confirming pedagogical retraining; experience of pedagogical work for at least five years, including the last two years of continuous teaching experience, experience as a deputy head in general education schools, gymnasiums, lyceums that have prepared prize-winners and winners of regional or republican, or international Olympiads, competitions of performers and sports competitions for at least one year; the presence of the highest qualification category of a teacher, the qualification category of a teacher-researcher or a teacher-master (with the exception of civil servants, employees of university teachers with at least five years of teaching experience, methodologists of methodological offices (centers), a system of advanced training).
Official duties of the head of the state educational organization:
The official duties of the head of the state educational organization are approved in accordance with the current regulatory legal acts in the field of education.
The amount of the official salary:
The amount of the official salary is determined according to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2015 No. 1193 "On the system of remuneration of civil servants, employees of organizations maintained at the expense of the state budget, employees of state-owned enterprises".
Date and place of the contest:
The competition will be held at the address: Almaty region, Taldykorgan, Kabanbai Batyr str., 26.
The date of the competition is determined in accordance with the rules approved by Order No. 57 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 21, 2012.
Terms of submission and place of acceptance of applications for participation in the competition:
Applications for participation in the competition are submitted within 7 working days from the date of publication of the announcement at the address: Almaty region, Taldykorgan, Kabanbai Batyr str., 26, 5th floor, office 511.
To participate in the competition, the candidate must provide:
1) an application in the form according to Annex 3 to these Rules;
2) an identity document (for identification);
3) a copy of the state-issued document (the universities ' own sample) on education;
4) a copy of the document confirming the work activity;
5) personal sheet on personnel and photo accounting;
6) production characteristics from the previous place of work;
7) a copy of the document on the existing qualification category and academic degree (if any);
8) a certificate of health status in the form, on the state of health in the form approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907 "On approval of forms of primary medical documentation of healthcare organizations" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 6697);
9) a certificate of no criminal record;
10) a certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime;
11) a document on passing the test (if available);
12) a document on the completion of advanced training courses, retraining (if available);
13) a document confirming the completion of advanced training courses in management in education for at least seventy-two hours;
14) a long-term plan for the development of the organization of education.
Documents specified in the sub-paragraphs 3), 4), 5), 6), 7), they are certified with a seal by the personnel service from the place of work or by a responsible employee of the educational organization.
To participate in the competitive replacement, the candidate provides materials on his professional achievements, professional development, scientific research, generalization of his own pedagogical experience, awards, information on the achievement of performance indicators for consideration by the educational management body.
Persons specified in Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the status of a teacher"are not allowed to participate in the competition.
If the applicant provides an incomplete package and (or) expired documents, the candidate is refused to accept the documents
The applicant submitting the documents will be informed about the date and time of the competition.
