More than 100 thousand Kazakhstanis received public services through preferential PSC windows

Since the resumption of work under quarantine restrictions, PSC has provided services to 101.8 thousand Kazakhstanis through preferential windows.
Since mid-may, due to the continuing risk of spreading the virus and concern for the life and health of Kazakhstanis, the order of work of PSC's throughout the country has been changed. Currently, PSC only provides "paper" services that are not available online. However, three categories of citizens, namely pensioners, mothers with many children and people with disabilities can still receive electronic services in PSC. For them, each front office has preferential windows. Beneficiaries can get both "paper" services and various types of certificates and services there. You also need to book a queue in advance during the discount windows.
Most of the services through preferential windows were provided in the PSC of megacities-Nur-Sultan (9941), Almaty (9719) and Shymkent (7753). The list also closes the Mangistau region, where 1862 citizens were served through preferential windows.
According to the Chairman of the Board of Government for citizens Asemgul Baltasheva, preferential windows will help citizens of these categories to receive services quickly and efficiently. "We understand that it is most difficult for these categories of citizens to receive services online on their own, so we left them the opportunity to receive them in the PSC," she added.
It should be noted that since the launch of the PSC under the new format after the removal of the emergency regime, Kazakhstanis have received more than 2 million state services.
We remind you that citizens can book their own queue through the portal egov.kz, telegram bot egovkzbot2. 0 or contact center 1414. The booking service has been improved, now citizens can see the free time for booking, as well as rebook the visit time.
Today, more than 80% of all public services are available in electronic format on the portal egov.kz. Citizens who do not have access to a computer can use egov corners created at akimats, employment centers, educational and medical organizations, etc.
