"Balkhash district, living and working in rural localities, health, social security, education, culture, sports and veterinary medicine at the expense of the budget for the purchase of fuel to specialists of state health organizations on approval of the rules for providing social support and payment for utilities»

In accordance with subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 2) of paragraph 3 of article 182 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 18 September 2009 "On people's health and healthcare system", the subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 of article 34-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from July 10, 2002 "About veterinary science», paragraph 5 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 "on state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural territories" and paragraph 2 of article 53 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 "on education", Balkhash district maslikhat DECIDED:

1. Approve, in accordance with Annex 1 to this decision, the rules for providing social support for paying for utilities and purchasing fuel at the expense of budget funds to specialists of state organizations of health, social security, education, culture, sports and veterinary medicine who live and work in rural localities of the Balkhash district.

2. Cancel certain decisions of the Balkhash district maslikhat in accordance with Annex 2 to this decision.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the permanent Commission of the district maslikhat "Education, health, culture, sports, tourism, social protection of the population".
4. This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
