The partnership, founded in 2001, this year plans to grow rice on 800 hectares, wheat on 1100 hectares, perennial herbs on 3547 hectares. 260 people are employed annually for field work, during seasonal work the number of employees increases to 500 people. 

The average monthly salary of employees is 120-150 thousand tenge. In addition, the limited liability partnership is fully equipped with the necessary equipment.

The deputy of the regional maslikhat, the head of the economy - Abdizhappar Kystaubayev, who acquainted the guests with the achievements and work of the peasantry, made a question of concern to the public of the region. According to him, every year the water of the Ili River becomes more and more taut. Because of this, the volume of rice cultivation is reduced. This is due to the fact that rice culture, which should stand in water, requires moisture. Due to the summer heat, the yield of rice is reduced, not reaching the roots. In this regard, LLP Agrofirma "Birlik" was forced to reduce the area of rice. This year, rice was sown on 800 hectares.

In addition, the specialists of the farm, who declared the inefficiency of the state program for the cultivation of arable land on 4 thousand hectares in the Balkhash district, initially pointed to the need to provide water to the developed lands. In addition, Abdizhappar Ogizbayevich, who put forward the need to modernize the Tasmuryn trunk canal, which supplies water to Ili waters in the fields of the villages of Miyaly, Bakbakty, Birlik, asked for assistance in increasing the volume of drainage of the canal, excavated and built manually back in the 1940s. The answer to the appeal was given by the akim of the region Kanat Bozumbayev:

-At the upcoming meeting of the regional maslikhat, we will consider the necessary funds for the development of design and estimate documentation for cleaning the water utility - Then in the coming autumn months we will help clean the canal with a length of about 20 kilometers, – the local community addressed the urgent problem. - But the channel should be such that the water does not dig the sole deep. Otherwise, the problem of moisture loss will not be exhausted. Previously, the sole of the water utility was cleaned with a special technique called Dragline. Maybe you should take such equipment and start giving it to the water utility of the Balkhash district?! It would be easier to clean the district's water utilities there.

Thus, the akim of the region inspected the feedlot of Dinara-Ransh Agrofirma LLP, located in the village of Bakbakty, where he got acquainted with the progress of fattening 5 thousand heads of cattle. The average monthly salary of 60 people with permanent employment selling 210 tons of meat per year is 100 thousand tenge.

After that, the founder of the Dinara-Ransh Agrofirm LLP, Bakhyt Ataybekov, who visited the dairy farm of this partnership, noted that the dairy farm has high-quality cattle of the Holstein breed imported from the Netherlands, and reported that 40 tons of milk per day is milked from 1,500 cows. Milking milk is sold by the company"FOOD MASTER", LLP"Danone", LLP"Rayymbek-Agro". Thanks to such intensive work, 24 thousand tons of milk are produced per year.

Then many people, going to the Bakanas district center, visited the Bakanas Agrarian and Industrial College, where they got acquainted with the work of a vocational educational institution. The director of the college Bakytzhan Oksikbayev informed 400 students that only 2 floors are used in the dormitory of the educational institution, built in 1977, and therefore asked for assistance in carrying out repair work on the upper 3-4 floors. The akim of the region got acquainted with the condition of 6 two-storey residential buildings on S. Seifullina Street, where the design and estimate documentation will be assisted in the repair of the finished dormitory. Akim of the district Galym Tokpeisov asked for help in supplying heat to houses built in 1971, noting that the boiler house on natural gas needs additional funds. After that, the akim of the region examined the Balkhash central district hospital, got acquainted with the work of the healthcare institution.

Then the akim of the region, who held a meeting with the population in the district House of Culture, familiarized with the achievements and indicators of the socio-economic development of Zhetysu. According to him, there is prosperity in all areas of the region. In particular, 229 thousand square meters of housing were put into operation, 97 billion tenge of investments were attracted to the economy of the region. Cattle breeding and agriculture are widely developed in Semirechye, since agriculture was the main occupation of the land. In particular, in the Balkhash district, Kanat Aldabergenuly gave instructions to the deputies responsible for each industry and set tasks to ensure food security.

According to him, in the Balkhash region, where the rice valley is spread out, fishing is also widely developed. In this regard, in accordance with the government's program for the development of the fishing industry, instructions have been given to responsible specialists. Among such goals, the speaker gave answers to the questions posed by the population, noting that the Balkhash community will soon take advantage of the most urgent tasks, such as providing natural gas, clean drinking water, and housing.

According to a number of questions asked by the population, branches of "Halyk Bank" are required in the district center, the absence of mini-production facilities for processing household waste, a shortage of medical workers, high prices for hay, poisoning of livestock with kekek grass, an increase in coal prices in winter, the absence of pedestrian crossings along K. Bizhanov Street in the village of Bakanas, in kindergartens such topical issues as the shortage of nurseries and ambulances were raised in kindergartens. Touching upon each question of the residents of the district separately, Akim of the region Kanat Bozumbayev noted that he oversees the execution of the issue himself.

Thus, the akim of the region, who focused on the issues of each resident and instructed his deputies to work out ways to resolve the issues raised, then received residents on personal issues.
