Governor of the region Amandyk Batalov visited the rice fields of Agrofirma Birlik LLP during a working trip to Balkhash district and got acquainted with the state of the rice processing plant. Then the governor of the region got acquainted with the state of the building of the District Hospital, where major repairs are being carried out. In 2019, during a working trip to the Balkhash district, the head of the region, seeing the dilapidated state of the hospital, decided to completely reconstruct the building. Over the past 30 years, the object, which has not been repaired, has become completely obsolete. Representatives of Nur-Shapagat Kurylys LLP briefly reported on the modernization of the building, as well as showed the repair of the interior. Previously, the wall bricks were so worn out that only the plaster held them, but now the walls are not only updated, but also seismically reinforced, reinforced from the inside of the plaster, covered with a strong iron mesh on both sides, and the strengthening work is carried out efficiently. The governor of the region noted that after the completion of major repairs and re-commissioning of the facility, the medical equipment of the new hospital will also be fully updated.

It should be noted that the repair of the district hospital began in September 2020. 1.6 billion tenge for major repairs.the total area of the building is 5.5 thousand square meters. There is a day hospital with 1010 beds, a day hospital with 20 beds. The hospital employs about 300 people, including 48 doctors, 184 middle-level medical workers, and 78 other employees. So far, they are temporarily serving in another building. According to the plan, the repair of the building will be completed in November, and the hospital will be fully ready for Operation.
