Dear teachers, parents, dear guests and students!

I congratulate you on the beginning of the new academic year.

The future of today's Kazakh people, heading to the world civilization, is directly connected with the school, which gives our generation education and upbringing.

A special feature of this year is the adoption of the State Program for the Development of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2021. The Program sets great tasks to improve the quality of education. In addition, the state program pays special attention to increasing the authority of teachers. Measures are planned to increase wages, improve the image of a teacher, and improve qualifications.

Today's youth should always hurry with science-the accumulation of knowledge, create knowledge for the benefit of an independent country, become an advanced, broad, ambitious citizen in the future.

There are also many effective indicators in the field of education in our district.

Due to the pandemic, the last academic year was held remotely. Thanks to our teachers, the school year ended successfully. The quality of education has not decreased. Our students took part in the unified national test. This is due to your energetic work.

On behalf of the akimat and residents of the district, gratitude to the teaching staff of the secondary school is boundless.

The quality of education also depends on the reliability of the material and technical base of the school. 11 000,0 million tenge was allocated to strengthen the material and technical base of schools.

This year, 441027.0 thousand tenge was allocated for the overhaul of the Zhidelinsky secondary school. Currently, the major repairs have been completed by 50%. It will be put into full operation in November of this year.

18170.0 thousand tenge was allocated for current repairs in all schools and was fully completed on August 10.
